Dr. Doles is Amazing! I couldn't ask for a better vet! Dr. Doles is amazing, the vet techs are great with my dogs and the people up front are always helpful! I trust and value Dr. Doles opinion. He has always gone above and beyond for my fur babies and the rescues fur babies.
Excellent I moved to Ohio a few years ago from NJ. I had a wonderful, trusted vet in Nj and was nervous about having to find a new one. We went to a vet with our new puppy and spent a lot of money for what we now know was unnecessary surgeries to "keep her healthy" and the visits and regular check ups were costly. A vet I can trust... Not all veterinarians are created equal, I have learned. Having run a no-kill shelter for years, I worked with a number of vets. Past bitter experiences have made me wary and cautious, while Dr. Doles has impressed me in every respect. He has earned my highest recommendation.
Dr. Doles and Dr. Ebly have taken great care of 7+ dogs in our extended family. Dr. Ebly has even called me twice on a Sunday ( on his own accord) to give me updates on my little wiener dog that needed surgery. We are a new fan and will see no other vet! Thank you!
Was your pet anxious to leave this veterinarian's office? Not at all! I've never seen my pet so calm. They really have a gift with animals here. Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! Just got back from helping my precious baby over the Rainbow Bridge I have written before concerning the care that my fur-kids receive at Pet Hospital of Willoughby. Just about an hour ago, I put Princess, my special little Sheltie to sleep to end her pain and suffering. I rescued her a little over 12 years ago when she was found with heart worm and was running the streets. At that time it was estimated she was 5 years old.
