RecommendedI took my 14.5 year old pug to see the veterinarian. They were so nice and understanding because I was upset cause my dog was in pain. Veterinarian was sooo informative and actually listened to me about my dog Fifi. We didn’t wait in the waiting room, maybe 5 minutes before we went back to the room. And the veterinarian came right in. I have since transferred all 3 of my fur babies to this pet hospital. They aren’t out to make a ton of money from you either with unnecessary tests ect. I love the staff and veterinarians!!
After three rounds of antibiotics, two rounds of steroids, and new kitty food Smokey is finally back to his old self! I cannot thank the entire staff at Pet Hospital of Willoughby enough! I was beyond pleased with how friendly, compassionate and knowledgeable the ENTIRE staff was. Dr. Bednarik is the doctor who treated Smokes and she was absolutely wonderful! I would recommend this pet hospital to any one who is in need of care for their pets. They have a wonderful staff and they are very very reasonably priced!
Have been going there for years with all my pets (cats and dogs of all sizes) and I love the staff. They saved my boys life with a quick and accurate diagnosis of Addisons, and we have been able to maintain him in a healthy, thriving condition for years. My parents now take their 2 chihuahuas to them as well.
Recently had to put my senior dog down. They were great �, Gemini went peacefully. She lived a long healthy life thanks to the vets here.
Generations of my family have been lucky enough to have Dr. Doles & his staff take care of our furry, feathered. & scaled family members.The staff care so deeply about what they do. Thank you, many times over.
I've taken my pets here for over 30 years. Dr. Eble was the most caring, empathetic vet I've ever seen. Now that he has retired, I've been seeing Dr. Doles. Such compassion and professionalism. He diagnosed my cat's hyperthroidism immediately and Rusty is doing fine now. I cannot recommend Pet Hospital of Willoughby high enough. Than you Dr.'s and staff.
I have been taking my 2 boys (felines) to Dr. Doles for almost 18 years now. I never worry that they are not in good care while they are there and the staff is always kind, caring and helpful. Dr. Doles never hesitates to spend time as needed to go over results and possible options when it comes to helping my pets. They offer quality care at reasonable prices too.
My fur babies have been cared for here for years. They are wonderful, caring professionals and I highly recommend them!
