Been going here for one year now whenever we moved down here. I looked into many veterinarian offices, but something always pulled me towards this one! I was referred to The Pet Hospital of Madison by a former client, and they took amazing care of my cat, Bridget, through multiple issues after I first brought her in as a new patient just a few weeks ago. Throughout her care, they kept me updated (dealing with my own worries/questions as well 😬), accommodated us quickly, and made me feel like they really cared about her well-being. I can not say enough good things about this office. My cat was VERY sick, they took her on as a new patient, and saved her life. They constantly communicated with me while she was hospitalized and always answered my questions. I’m very very grateful!
Extremely friendly, very affordable compared to other vets, one of the only vets in the area that grooms cats. No hesitation in giving the best care for my pet.
The staff at Pet Hospital of Madison are among the most caring and compassionate I have ever come across, and I have been to an endless amount of different offices. Your fur baby's health is put above anything else, and they do not give up. I had an emergency less than an hour before their closing time, they did not hesitate to stay late to perform emergency surgery..and then even later for me to come back and transfer her to the ER for close overnight monitoring. The doctors and the entire staff are all phenomenal. Their attention to detail, level of care and love for my pet are above excellent!
Had our 1st visit today for Miss Ava, she got lots of love and snuggles from everyone there. Staff was very nice, professional, and thorough. Answered all my questions and didnt rush through the exam. Im happy to know my English Bully will have a awesome village taking care of her!
