Love it here! We're new to the area and this facility is right across the street from us. Beautiful building and really friendly people! We bring our puppy to day care and so far, he's in love! When we saw the vet, she was down to earth and understanding - she even gave him an update on shots and didn't even notice she did it!
I brought one of our guinea pigs for the first time to The Pet Hospital of Madison yesterday, and from scheduling the appointment with Ruth, to being seen by Dr. Brown, I was very impressed. Our pig was unfortunately past the point of saving due to pneumonia when I brought him in, but the way Dr. Brown and the rest of the staff treated not only Skittles but also me in my frazzled state, was exceptional. We met Dr. Conner today and took our Shichon for her first visit. Dr. Conner was so nice and answered all of my questions. She loved all over our new fur baby and gave her treats. I turned around to see another staff member coloring with my 2 yr old. We left with a jumbo coloring book and a clean bill of health. Thanks y'all!!
I take my two cats Willow and Quinn to the pet hospital of Madison. They are amazing. I can call them and they can explain everything to me. If one of my cats gets sick, they do their best to get the cats in as soon as possible. The vets are amazing and super nice and caring. Thank you pet hospital for being wonderful!!!
My 15-year-old rat terrier and 10-year-old kitty started seeing Dr. Brown this summer when we moved to the area. Both have had health problems over the years, including some chronic issues. The doctors and staff at Pet Hospital of Madison have been wonderful to work with! They are all very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. I feel my babies are well cared for, and I am well informed about their health.
