It was my first time stopping by and everyone was very welcoming. Allison Malandra was absolutely the best! She got to know my two cats, Waffles and Gandalf, very well and gave them both the attention that they needed. She is so caring and knowledgeable that I left the clinic feeling that I can trust them with my purrrbabies and a better understanding of how to make my kitties happier at home. I would highly recommend this pet clinic and Allison Malandra to anyone in the area with a furry friend.
I told them it was a farm kitty!! Yet they call me two hours after her surgery and wanted me to pick her up. And they didn't even listen to me as to what she needed, like worming, or flea, or ear mitts. And yes I am paying full price. I called this place two weeks in advance.
Overall rating: �����(+�) Dr. Allison Malandra is by far the best! She is all smiles and handles your fur baby with love & respect! She could tell my little chihuahua "Chipita" was timid but she whipped out all her treats and cheese to make sure my puppy was spoiled during her exam & vaccines! I really appreciate that she took the time to explain every vaccine available to my puppy & made awesome recommendations for a healthy diet, lifestyle, and also reminded me the importance of keeping my puppy in a safe environment while... read more
