I think they are pricing themselves out of the market. Not very happy with how we were treated. All they care about is how much they can gouge you for and really don’t care about your pet.
I have to start out by saying that Dr. Malandra is the only good doctor in this clinic. She explains things, and provides client education. She keeps you informed. Her nurses are also amazing. All the other reviews on this clinic only mention her. It’s for a reason. Everyone else in this clinic is garbage, no communication is done with the front desk and the back. Receptionist can be rude. Dr. Malandra and all her staff are some of the most highly qualified and compassionate vets in the area. My dog enjoys going to see them! Dr. Malandra is a certified Fear Free Vet.
