Went in today for the first time. Met Jeff and he was extremely helpful. Will be back soon because of product knowledge, sincerity, and variety of inventory.
H3 Pets has been our family "pet store" since they opened. The staff & owners are exceptional. They really treat us like family, always asking about our pups and kids, and what's going on. Once when I had a serious health issue, they delivered the dog food to our home because I was too ill to pick it up! Who does that? Friends, that's who. High quality foods, excellent educational information if you ask for it and a great business.
Great place and people. We originally came to purchase dog food for a donation and ended up learning a lot about the different foods. We have been fighting a pretty bad skin allergy with one of dogs and the information we received from them led to us purchasing a bag of food for him and the changes were almost immediate. He has been much less itchy and hasn't chewed on his feet once and the only thing we changed was the food. I credit H3 with this positive change and they have earned another loyal customer. Thank you
What a great place! We went in to get a new food for our dog and the guy that helped us was so informative and knowledgeable about the different kinds they carry. They really want to help you find the best food for you and your pet. We will definitely be buying our dog food from them from now on!
