THEY SELL SICK PUPPES MY NAME IS DAMIEN MARIBEL THE MANAGER AND CARLOS THE OWNER KNOW ME VERY WELL. They sold me a sick maltese and never did anything for me until i reported them to the bbb and i am still waiting for them to call me and get my dogs up to date bill of health. They are scam artist to the fullest and i have recordings and signed paperwork from them. They know they sold me a defective dog and never did they once offer me my money back. BEST PLACE IN NEW YORK! I was very excited to find this place it was clean and had great customer service I went in to buy some dog for my bullmastiff and they sold me blue buffalo wilderness my dog absolutely loves it her coat is so shiny. They really took the time to talk to me about the food and made sure I got the right one. I highly reccommend this place!
EXCELLENT GROOMING SERVICE I went on vacation to DR and had left my shitzu with a friend and whem I came back my dog had knots every where. I took my dog to Pet Fashion and I was so embarrassed that my dog had so many knots. But they were very kind and professional and allowed me to watch as they groomed my dog. The groomer was so nice that he talked to my shitzu the whole time and even gave her treats to calm her down. When he was done my dog looked and smelled fantastic. I will come again!
Pet Fashion by Carlos took my yorkie for grooming and he used scissors and chopped off her skirt, then calls me to pick her up-he couldnt continue because he does not specialize in any particular dog. isnt a groomer able to groom dogs of all kind? then you have to pay before service is rendered-now i know why. they didnt return my $ and give credit. then i go and to use my credit and pick up 2 bags of dog food and when i get home its expired. dont let the look of the place fool you. i am reporting them to BBB. i mean really ... read more
HOLIDAY GIFTS! I went to buy some dog food for my chihuahua at this pet store. I was looking to change my dogs food since he is getting older. One of the employees helped me pick the right food for my dog and she was very patient with me since I had so many questions and doubts about certain foods. I was able to buy dog food and I got a free collar, free dog treats, and a discount coupon. Not bad!
Friendly Neighborhood Pet Store I live in the neighborhood and I have seen this pet store do a 360 now that it is under new managment. The staff is friendly and helpful. They are willing to show you all the paper work and health records of the puppiues. I usually pass by after work and the store is always clean and well organized. I cut my min pin's nails here and its only $10.
CARE FOR THE PUPPIES I walked into this store more out of curiosity than anything else. I wanted to know where these puppies came from and wanted to see some proof of that. I spoke to one of the staff members and she informed me about the protocols they follow in order to be able to sell a puppy. A veterinarian must come in and check the puppies and give medical clearance before selling the puppiess.
