Every staff member was very nice and helpful. While it was a long wait, I understand staffing shortages and they were the only ones open that day/time. I very much appreciate the care Dr. Riddle and staff extended to my cat.
We took our sheltie in after being transferred from a regular vet after 9 hours. She was very close to death. She spent 2 nights here (2 1/2 days). she was given first class care. They Answered ALL our questions and took wonderful care of our baby girl.
I have been waiting with my dog for 6.5 hours tonight and have not been seen. I have tried to be understanding, realizing that some serious emergencies have come in, but this place needs more doctors, technicians and staff. UPDATE: It has now been 7 hours since I arrived. My dog has black poop and could have internal bleeding. Pet emergency has always been there for us when we needed them. We love the customer service they give from start to finish. They always call to give us updates. I would recommend going to them always
Communication was lacking. Understandable that the veterinarian is probably working very hard and trying to help as many animals as possible but - did an assessment then handed off to another veterinarian for the procedure and the second vet did a procedure without all of the information, our pet was severely traumatized despite our sincere and specific instructions about his sedation requirements but they went ahead and did it with minimal acknowledgment of the information and used what was probably their standard regime - ... read more
