This facility is amazing. Having a really sick dog is an incredibly scary experience for both the dog and the owner. Every person we interacted with was compassionate, kind, and very helpful in working to get my dog better. Thank you again PET EMERGENCY team!

Dr. Melco and her staff are excellent! I’ve been seeing Dr. Melco now for over a year with my dog who has a chronic condition. She’s friendly, very knowledgeable, and compassionate. I trust her completely.
As soon as we walked in the front desk was amazing! We had just come from our primary vet in Wasilla and they had scared us told us that we should euthanize our year and half old GSP, when we got in the back and talked with Tonya Cassee she was very nice, calm and sweet she went over what was done at his vet in Wasilla in more lame n terms so we could understand better and then she consulted with their Internal Medicine Specialist and made a plan with us to help our little guy Zeus so he could live his life out with us. The staff at PET Emergency Treatment are all exceptional people. They are so busy because of all of the emergencies that happen all day and night, but they were very helpful when my dog had pneumonia and was hospitalized. Because of the care and their love for my pet I was relieved of a lot of stress and fear when I had to leave him there.
