I sadly had to take my 10 year old corgi here at 3am. She had gotten into a trash bag from left over camping food and ate a pound of raw bacon. Everyone at the Pet ER was amazing! Dr Choate was kind, efficient and prompt! Ethel sadly ended up passing away after transfer her to our vet in Stevensville. She was very sick but I can only say good things about Pet ER!
Very professional. Friendly, knowledgeable, compassionate staff. I'm glad to know they are there. The only thing that I think could be improved upon would be some way to set up a payment plan.
Myself a veterinarian, I never expect to need a vet hospital. But traveling through MT this week, our new puppy chewed rat poison that was under the bed in the cabin we rented for a night. I'm incredibly grateful for Jesse's and Dr. Ellingson's attention, kindness and support when we drove from St Regis to MIssoula for help at 1 am. Our puppy is fine now, and we are very thankful we found Pet Emergency Center!
We have used Pet Emergency Center on more than one occasion and each time we have been pleased with how we were treated. The staff here are dedicated to caring for emergent pet cases. They have multiple ways to make payments and have always been sensitive to our feelings when giving us news. Our sweet girl is currently in their care again and we are confident they will give her the best care as they always have. Thanks for doing what you do to care for our fur babies when our regular vets are closed!
Courteous and swift treatment for our 2 dogs that were victims of an off-leash attack. Staff and vet were super nice, professional, and treated my dogs with the utmost respect of their fragile state. Top notch emergency care!

I had two emergencies with an aging dog and finally had to do the unthinkable on a late Sunday afternoon. The staff was great and the Vet was very compassionate and caring. I had taken this same dog to another local Vet who misdiagnosed her not only once, but twice. I highly recommend this Emergency Center.
They took care of us after our dog was attacked by another dog and his tongue was severed. It was expensive but I was grateful for their expertise and attentiveness. My advice: if you call and leave a message, call again until you get ahold of them. They didn't call after I left a message. Had to call a 2nd time.
