I am from it out town, my brothers dog had a gsw to a front leg and she started to bleed they the bandage. They were quick and even quicker bc I was in a time crunch, things line this never happen at ideal times. But she was thorough and even rinsed out the wound and added the cone to stop her licking. I wish I lived closer to go back. The whole staff was superb � Also reasonable price.
RecommendedI was most impressed with the Pet Emergency Center on a very busy Saturday. Dr. Vestal was able to help my cavalier spaniel Bella who has a multitude of health issues and was experiencing some unexpected pain and couldn’t settle. After a thorough physical exam it was determined that her neck and back/spine were causing discomfort. Dr. Vestal was personable, knowledgeable and passionate. My elderly pug got very ill over a holiday weekend and they were wonderful. They made a very hard day a little bit easier.
I was very impressed with the staff and vet. They handled my dog’s injury quickly, accurately, and gave an estimate of the cost beforehand. They were caring, kind, professional, knowledgeable, and instilled confidence in me when I had a knot in my stomach. Highly recommend. And I’m very grateful their service is a available.
Dr. Ann and her staff last night 5/22 were kind, helpful and comforting in a distressing time. I called before hand to get an idea on brining my cat in. I was told upon arrival there would be a wait due to it being busy. I came in with the mind set that this in an emergency situation just like an ER for humans. My cat is on the mend, I got sound piece of mind and Dr Ann really spent quality time with me to help me understand my options, the prices and how I could best help my cat. The staff was amazing at communication, they had an emergency and came out to tell me when they couldve just made me wait. The Dr really listened and did a thorough exam. Went home feeling much better. Thank you!
