I recently adopted a cat from the humane society, Abby, who did great her first couple days adjusting to her new home but was not eating. The vets and all the staff at Pet Doctors were so helpful with making sure there was nothing medically wrong with Abby, and also giving me great advice about food she might eat.
As a newer pet owner I have a lot of questions and felt very well taken care of and supported through the process of getting to know the folks at pet doctors. They were super friendly and informative. They made my cat feel as comfortable as possible for a cat at the vet and were very engaged with him as well as my partner and I. Dr. Thorsgaard and the staff made my puppy's first vet visit feel very safe and comfortable. Its great to see a doc put that much effort and time into my pup :)
