My daughter has been seeing Dr Brian for the past 3 years for her regular 6mo dental visits. The other day, she ran into a pole while at school and her 2 front teeth became loose!! They were able to get us in the same day!! Every part of his team, including the front staff and all his hygienists couldn't be more helpful and understanding. This was my 2 year olds first dental visit. She did great!! The staff was super nice and patient with the kids. They do things in a way that make the child feel comfortable. I'm glad I chose Upstate Pediatric Dentistry
I've been there quite a few times and my child has had serious dental work. I wouldn't go anywhere else I love it!! I drive from Anderson and it's been very pleasant each time not to mention my child loves it!!!
My son had his first dental appointment with Dr. Brian Jones yesterday. He is 18 months old and I knew this would not be an easy experience. His staff was SO wonderful my son left blowing everyone kisses. Dr. Brian was so helpful with answering all of my questions and very patient with a not so happy year and a half year old. I'm so glad we chose upstate pediatric dentistry.
The staff is so sweet, hygienists are great, Dr. Brian loves kids and it shows. Excellent!
I had a great time with Tiffany and Dr. Jones. They made my first visit to the denist fun. I was a little nervous but they showed me everything they were going to use in my mouth and even tickled my fingers with the tool they used to clean my teeth. They let me play with their tooth puzzle and I got the push the buttoms on the chair. They were patient with me and I got to give everyone high fives!! Dr. Jones knows teeth and he knows kids. This is a win win situation and makes my mommy feel great too!!! Henry
Love this dentist the nurses are so polite and work very well with my 4 year old.
The staff made my son feel very comfortable! It was his very first time and he did awesome, thanks to the staff! Also very clean.
