Upstate Pediatric Dentistry is a wonderful place with caring people who really take their time to make your child feel as comfortable as possible! Dr. Brian is so sweet and all of the hygienists are so caring and I could not imagine taking my kids anywhere else!
This was my daughter's first time ever getting anesthetics in the mouth and a filling and I must say hands down to Dr. Brian because he made this visit so comfortable for my daughter and me. Even his dental assistant Blair was awesome and very thorough as well.. Of course my daughter was scared once she realized she was not there for a cleaning ,but Dr Brian took the time out to explain to here in a calm voice about what he was doing and he was very patient with her and that really helped her to relax. my children have been going here since their first set of teeth came in. they now have a mouth full. wouldnt change a thing unless they close their doors.
I love this office ! I took my 3 year old to another dentist office and we had a horrible experience ! I had someone to recommend this dentist office and everybody there was so nice ! My little boy was scared but within a couple of minutes he was smiling and talking to them and he wasn't scared anymore ! I would highly recommend this dentist office to everybody !
The doctors are patient and know how to make the experience pleasant for childen. My children all had thorough cleanings and exams. The doctors are excellent and the staff is a pleasure to work with.
While Dr. Brian was on vacation, we were served by a guest doctor who was great with kids and moms! Thanks for making going to the dentist fun!
If you are looking for a pediatric dentist and want quality care, I would say here it is! I brought 4 children and I didn't feel like a number. The staff is honest about everything. The children felt important. They are even excited about brushing and flossing! My children were not afraid. The actual dentist took his time and explained everything. There are many pediatric dentists out there, but they are not all created equal! Our experience at UPD has been wonderful. The Dr. Jones and his staff are so kind and patient. One of my children had pretty severe anxiety about the dentist, but now, none of us (me included!) mind the trip. =) We highly recommend UPD- so very grateful for the friend that referred us!
