I have been coming to this office since 2021, and while I want to clarify that Dr. Hanna was always honest and compassionate, the rest of the practice has devolved into a cold, transactional factory. I do not recommend this place for your pets. I took my puppy in because her paw was swollen and was bleeding from a little corner. Turns out she had a fox tail. They removed the fox tail, but then afterwards my little girl developed necrosis. They asked me to take her in every few days for a check up without giving us any type of medication or explanation. The vet recommended me soak her paw in ESPON salt to reduce inflammation. Her paw was so swollen I then grew worried/ frustrated and took her to VCA and they recommended I... read more
I can’t express how grateful I am for Pure Vet Clinic. I had to make one of the hardest decisions for my little dog, and the entire team was incredibly compassionate and respectful. They took the time to explain everything to me clearly and gave me as much time as I needed without ever making me feel rushed. Worst customer service. I went to this place because of the google rating but my experience was nothing like that. I booked an appt that had to be rescheduled because I had to wait an hour passed my appt time because of an emergency, they rescheduled for the next day and I still had to wait a long time until I gave up. They didn’t even call me to avoid my trip there and save my time. Also when you call they pick up the phone and immediately put you on hold for over 10m (I hung up after that). So inconsiderate!!
