I've been taking my 2 dogs here for almost 2 years. Last Saturday I took my dog with a cough that was not normal. Dr Hanna said decline the Xray because I know some dogs die at home after getting an x-ray when in distress . My dog had collapsed traquea. OK I declined. Sunday I left home for 2 hours and my dog died suffocated with her cough after I looked at the cameras inside. Maybe she had fluid in her lung. Why have appointments if you don’t honor them ? Avoid this vet they don’t value there customers times
Gave me a discount to give them a good review which I did. But in later visits, I was told to have a surgery for my dog that she didn't really need. She had a hard time recovering from this. So this is my real review not being given a discount for this review.
I Am so grateful to the staff and vet form this hospital. We recently had our down our baby and everyone was very kind and nice. Also, their prices are very affordable. Definitely recommended to all friends and family!
