I would not recommend this place! Before driving over, I called and specifically asked what the exam fee would be. I told them I was only about 15 minutes away and was coming straight in. I arrived exactly when I said I would, and the price had suddenly changed. It felt like a classic bait-and-switch. The doctors here doesn’t seem to care for the pet in my situation my dogs. I’ve been here several times and not once have any of the doctors actually came in petting the dog… not even getting on floor to get to know the dog before examining him. It’s all business with them and how to get the most money out of this visit. Such a positive experience every time I bring my dog Lola to this veterinary clinic! The entire staff is absolutely incredible and truly cares about the animals they treat. Veterinary assistant Mick is an absolute angel. He showed so much love, kindness, and compassion toward Lola. You can tell he genuinely loves what he does. He deserves a raise!
