I had a great experenice with the Front Desk and the Ct Tech maria. They are so professionall and very attentive. They are si amazing. I will recommend it here and pet ct mri.
El staff es excelente, muy amable y profesional, y mi experiencia con ellos ha sido muy buena. Sin embargo, considero que el management necesita mejorar. Los pacientes no deberían tener que esperar tantos días por un reporte médico. Sería importante contar con más de un radiólogo para evitar tantos retrasos en los resultados. Me hice mi estudio el 7 de agosto y hoy, 19 de agosto, todavía estoy esperando el reporte. Espero que puedan mejorar esta parte del servicio, porque tienen un excelente staff.
I was here last week and the staff are so pleasent and helpful, I will go back again if I have to. I had schedule two appt. one ultrasound and one diagnostic mammogram, but the technician for the mammogram thought that the office was closed on July 3 due to July 4 holiday, (not a responsible employee) but I had my ultrasound done, and the result are positive, so I don't have to go back for the second test. I do recommend this facility.
