Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen! Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Did this provider use excessive foul language? No Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional

Dr. Zimmerman and his staff have taken care of my dogs for over 20 years. They have always been completely professional while being so compassionate with both my dogs. They go above and beyond to make your pets feel at ease. When we had to make the difficult decision to put our dogs down due to health issues that could not be corrected (cancer) they were all so tender and showed genuine concern for our sweet dogs and for us. Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived. Did you leave the animal hospital feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes Did you feel that this veterinarian's pricing was fair? Yes, I thought it was fair

Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Has this veterinarian ever misdiagnosed your pet? Never, my pets have enjoyed healthy and long lives thanks to their care. Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless!
