A lot has improved!! There was a while there I considered finding another provider even though they are conveniently located less than 10 mins from home but it appears they've gotten rid of the bad apples and every experience lately has been a good one!
Well, bc of these people my dog has a serious condition and I would have found out sooner but they failed to honor my requests! Do not take your animal here bc they know NOTHING! I've been taking my German shepherd here since July for a pooping problem. I begged them for X-rays bc I wanted to make sure it wasn't something more serious. The doctor didn't think it was necessary. The problem persisted and progressed and they denied my requests for an X-ray in November....AGAIN!!! I have taken both my cats to this clinic for spade and declawing. They also went for all other wellness visits. They were always well cared for and I never had any problems or disappointments. I'm calling to make an appointment for my new kitten today!
Do not, do not, do not take your beloved pets to this man. If you want a Vet who only clips your pet's nails or gives them their yearly shot then he will pass, but if you want a Vet who knows what to do when your pet is sick then stay very far away from this Vet. It was the most attentive care we have ever encountered. In a very difficult situation, the entire staff talked us through the process and communicated the entire time. Top notch attention to our pets!
