Quality care I was refered to the Pet Care Clinic by a friend when my lab had something wrong with her ear. She was howling and rubbing her head against everything she could find. Within minutes of arriving they found that she had a goathead (spiney burr) stuck way down in her ear canal. They were great and had it out in no time much to both of our relief. Their charge was minimal and the staff were very caring.
RecommendedWe have been going to Dr Madura since she took over the practice some 15 + years ago and I feel that Dr Madura is a wonderful doctor she and her husband have always been so good to me and my pets. When I have an emergency they will always make time for me even though they are booked out for the day. Dr. Madura recently took one of my kittens to the emergency clinic in Garden City well after she was closed I don't know how many other Vets would do that for one of their clients. I’m 20 years old and I moved here from Washington state two weeks ago, needless to say I’m pretty tight on money at the moment) I rescued two kittens that had pretty severe upper respiratory infections and some nasty eye infections. I unfortunately took them to pet care clinic for treatment and prescriptions. The doctor was relentless about testing them both for Parvo ($65 each I think) and when I said I could only test one- which should be fine because it’s a highly contagious disease and they have been together for 8 weeks... read more
I have come here for years with our fur babies. Dr.Madura has always treated our fur Angel's like they are number 1. she is very caring and explains every detail. very friendly environment. smiles all around. The front desk are so caring and understanding and patent. You know as soon as you open the front door your fur babies will be in the very best of hands. My Kelpie, Zoey picked up a large piece of cheat grass on our walk over the weekend which got lodged in her eardrum. She was in lots of pain & would not let me touch her ear at all. Staff at the Pet Care Clinic were able to get Zoey right in for an appointment with little wait time to assess her predicament... Dr. Cuthbert had to sedate Zoey to remove the cheat grass & I was able to take her home a few hours later (after her ice cream cone treat at McDonalds of course!) Zoey is doing MUCH better today! Absolutely love Dr. Madura and their staff! They always give their all and stay late if needed!
Was able to get appointment right away and had no waiting time when I arrived at the clinic. The office staff as well as the doctor were super friendly and knowledgeable! Worth the drive from Caldwell to Meridian!
