Really lovely Petbarn location in Rosebery. The store is located within the shopping centre, which makes it super convenient, and well-mannered dogs on leash are allowed through the centre to access the store which is great for pet owners. The DIY dog wash bathtubs were clean and well maintained, and the overall store presentation was beautiful with shelves fully stocked and organised. Overall, great store with a good range of products and facilities for pets.
Worst customer service. I called to order my cockatiel food and the lady at the counter said they will be sending it out and I received the wrong order called them multiple times no answer and now I have to run to another store to get my pets food!! Very disappointed
