The Pest Tech technician (Mikel) did a very thorough job and was great at explaining what he was doing. I felt Mikel truly cared about providing excellent service. I was impressed with his work ethic.

Aggressive sales tactics. Disregarded no soliciting sign. Came to our house twice today. We talked to the salesman about the sign and still proceeded to try push the service on us.
Do not use this company DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We called and requested for our service to be re-scheduled, however the tech supposedly came and serviced the house anyway. When we received the bill I called to tell them that I refused to pay, because they did not do a full service. I have repeatedly asked to speak to the owner, yet have never received a call from him. Skilled salesman sold me a line, and lied to me. I've cancelled, but I really feel stupid.
Technician showed up to my door uninvited, ignored my NO SOLICITING sign, rang my bell, then argued about why he "wasn't soliciting" and he "just had an offer for me" NEWSFLASH, if you represent a business, and you disturb someone in their home uninvited, you are SOLICITING.
My wife and I live close to the river and forest areas. In the past we have had a serious pest control problem until we started using PestTechs. Their "No Charge" reapplication spray warranty is awesome. They are not only affordable with their rates, but very creditable in their professional service. Thank you Steve and your crew.
I cannot say enough good things about PESTTECHS! Not only do they actually answer their phone (which is rare in the extermination industry), but they do as they say....eliminate pests! They are professional, knowledgeable, show up when they say they will, and their prices are the best I've found! I'm so glad I found them and I'm looking forward to a pest free spring and summer...FINALLY : )
