Feasted on: Garlic Knots, an awesome salad, pasta with a gigantic meatball, steamed mussels in a red sauce. Great food in a fast-casual mode. Will return for more. Thanks Alex!

I went to their Grand ReOpening, and it was so worth it. I ordered a Hawaiian Pizza- rarely does one do a Hawaiian Pizza with a lot of pineapple or ham- and Pesto crushed it! Granted not all of my co-workers eat Hawaiian- It just meant more for me!! The environment inside was excellent as well. Lush vegetation and a back patio for outdoor seating. Didn't feel like I was on El Cajon Blvd! I'll have to take my husband back for sure!
Recommendedfirst time visiting and it was a great experience.... all the staff were very happy and friendly.... my niece and ny daughter loved it definitely coming back soon 😘😘😘😘😘🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗
Owner Alex always has a friendly greeting for us food is always fresh and very good!
The food is delicious, and Alex is a stud. There are many healthy organic choices on the menu too. This is one of my favorite places to eat. I can’t wait for San Diego State basketball to start up again I will be camped at Pesto’s
Best food in all of San Diego and that is no lie. Alex gives his heart and soul into every dish that comes out of here. Just the best!
