They work with home inspectors like Mr Doyle that recommend their services for termites when there are none per two other termite companies. This business is not honest with there customers and lies to sell expensive nearly $700 one time spray to affected area. I am heart-broken that I was scammed and really wish companies were more honest to single moms that are not in the profession of pest control. Shame on you. I recently had Pest Now come out to do an inspection for termites. In their report they stated the home had live activity of termites (tubes). I didn't recall seeing any live activity myself. They sent the report stating that the treatment would be $300. If you know anything about termite treatment, $300 is a low cost for treatment. The information on the report didn't seem accurate so I ended up getting another inspection done only to find out that I DID NOT have termites. First visit and Jacob was on time. He was patient as I peppered him with questions to increase my knowledge of our sugar ant issue and to be honest, test his own knowledge. Jacob thoroughly explained what he was doing and why. He told us what to expect after this first application and what to look for behavior wise from the ants. My husband and I feel very positive about our choice of Pest Now. Professional, courteous, empathetic and knowledgeable.

After speaking multiple times with the company to rectify the customer service failures and proper solutions for the issues they caused, they have consistently failed to get to the root cause of the issues (customer service failure and the inability to service on time) and only have been trying to lowball the customer, here is an update to my issues.
