Bed bug heat treatment was completed at my home. Wall plates and receptacles were melted and damaged. Old antique glass was shattered. Had I been told about the possibility of damage these things would have been protected/removed. I had to replace almost all of the plates and receptacles in my home. I cannot replace the antique glass. I asked for reimbursement with receipts. I have never received the courtesy of an acknowledgement. Pestmax is by far the best pest control company I have ever worked with. I'm involved in real estate and schedule many inspections and treatments. The staff at Pestmax always makes sure to schedule the appointment at a convenient time for all parties, and the technician that comes is always polite, professional and best of all - very knowledgeable.
