Javan came out to service our home in early November. He said he would come back in 2 weeks for follow up service and he never came. When we called him 3 weeks later, he said he would come that week, and he never showed up again. Now his number is no longer in service.
I had the best experience with Pest Medics, LLC. After calling several places Javan got back to me right away. He was thorough, on time, very honest, friendly, and gave me a very good price for what needed to be done. Javan took the time to explain everything to me and is very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Pest Medics, LLC for any pest, bug, or rodent problem you may have. I will now be using Pest Medics, LLC on a quarterly basis for upkeep. Thank you Javan!
They responded super quickly to our emergency and we’re able to promptly deal with and identify the issue are, and what needed to be done to prevent anymore bat intrusion. We are very satisfied with their work and will absolutely use them again.
