She is rude, won't let you speak with anyone else, doesn't understand business operations, and makes up her own rules. what a dirty business! these guys are smooth talkers ! when alls said and done younpay these guys 350 to come to your house and 199 every 2 months and there inconciderate rude and youll be lucky if they return nyour calls ! i watched the guy treat my yard on video there idiots!

We have been customers since 2016, renewing with an annual contract. This last year the service deteriorated, Phone calls to the office were not returned, belligerent staff and no return service when the termites returned. We finally had to demand a second service through contact with the owner. This despite having the technician tell us that return service would be provided within a few weeks if termite activity continued, which it did.
