Not a happy customer – Poor customer service, awful wiring. You're supposed to solder a headunit, not tape, silly Perzan.
Jumping on the bandwagon – They installed components that 2 other shops said were "Not necessary until you get into the $25,000 league" for a smaller system. Overkill. Very disapointed at their dishonesty and lack of accountability. Take your business elsewhere
Bad wiring – Used Perzan for some speaker work and very disapointed at the price and work. ASAP in Conshy fixed larry's mess and get me back on my feet with some Focal K2p's. Stay away from Perzan! They rip off rich people who don't know better than to go to a real pro like ASAP.
best auto radio installation – In response to Mr. Cavanaugh I purchased the $20,000 worth of stereo equiptment from Perzans Auto Radio, not him. I have been buying my stereo needs from Larry Perzan abd never had a problem. Whether it was repair service or custom installation the work has been perfect. No arguments or failure to perform work has never existed. I don't know what precipitated Mr cavanaugh's probliem but it cetainly wasn't Laryy. Jack SChwartz
Poor customer service – Perzan Auto Radio boasts an amazing inventory and a good location, but their residual customer service and overall attitude is one that encourages me to look elsewhere for my automotive needs. After spending close to $20,000 with them on upgrades for my Chrysler, the floor manager was very quick to tell me "I'd be glad to take you're money if you're that stupid" when I drove over an hour to have an HID headlight issue looked at.
