In a week of full of grand scale disappointments, Perzan was not one of them. They exceeded all of my expectations of their quality, level of service, and product knowledge. I have a 2005 Saab 9-3, and NEED to have a functioning stereo and CD player. My built-in stereo was having output signal continuity problems after the car had been jump-started. The stereo would also shutoff for a few seconds, then come back on. I have been using the guys at Perzan for over 5 years now on all of my customers needs. They are fantastic and I highly recommend them!
Even though I am only a college kid, I take my cars seriously and the people that work on them even more. Larry and his team are the only people that I let work on my car when it comes to sound and other technology. I went to other businesses before I met Larry, and even though they might be a couple bucks less, I could tell that they definitely do not have the expertise that Perzan Auto Radio has and do not stand behind all of their work these guys do. The Best spot to get any auto accessories /hands free in US – These guys are more than professional... They went beyond any customer service skills to resolve the hands free problem in my Car; to the level of calling Italy and london to upgrade software in my car. Modifications to my Portfolio..Great Job! – I had been struggling for a good solution for my iphone and Jag Portfolio.
