Will never give my business here again. Took 3 hours to have my car inspected. Was told it would take no more then an hour. Was supposed to have car washed, but they didn't have time for that. Boyfriend took his car here and they broke the key in the door. Was a huge hassle to get a new one. Would not recommend this service department to anyone. Took car back to be re-inspected. Said it would take 30 mins. Waited another 1.5 hours. Went up to talk to customer attendant and was told the repairs couldn't be done until the part... read more
Buyer Beware!!! Drove over 200 miles to look at a Orange HHR (VIN:3GNDA23P46S518995) that they told me had no paint work. When I got there the car had very bad body work done on the pass. front & rear fenders. The car was advertized key less entry ,but they didn't have the key less remotes and you couldn't get in the car without the alarm going off. Very pleased.
We found a used car that we liked at Peruzzi GMC so we made the 2 hour drive to look at it only to find that the sales manager drove it home for the night. This happened even though a call was placed earlier that same day to verify they still had the car in their inventory and to make them aware of where we were coming and when we were coming. We were then told we could wait 40 minutes until he got there. Their convenience comes before customer satisfaction. Don't bother wasting your time.
