I have recently found that my.... Well my everything has become anxious and oversensitive. Periods of tension at any hours of the day are common and tears come too often for me. I feel calm and deeply relieved after my access bars sessions with Elena for which I am very grateful. No voodoo or taxing instructions, just as I shall describe it a very very calming touch and breathing moment that releases my deep tension. 🙏 Thank you so much 🙏
