Tamera did our inspection. She was awesome! She found so much stuff and knew everything. We scoured ahead to see if we could find anything, my father-in-law and I. He does home repairs as a hobby, so he knows what to look for. We found several things. Before we were able to tell her, Tamera had found them as well. She knew found it all and explained it all and was very confident and able to educate me on things I have just never seen or done before. Tamera is an incredibly talented inspector! Friendly, knowledgeable, and practical, she will take her time scrutinizing every part of your house. The reports are well-organized, easy to read with plenty of photos for clarity, and very timely.
Perspective Property Inspections gave us a complete and detailed inspection, and an informative verbal call before the emailed one. We are very satisfied with the service we received.
We were unable to actually see our home in person. Having a strong inspection and reinspection went a long way to giving us confidence we were making the right decision!
I was able to be present for part of the inspection and Tamera was very helpful explaining her findings and where important items were located within the home. She was very professional and meticulous, and I would definitely recommend her company and use them again myself in the future.
