Unfortunately I have been waiting over 16 days for a PAR (Prior authorization) for my medication that I have been on for years! Calling the office and leaving a message is a dead end regularly and whomever controls the text line is rude and disrespectful. Id find another provider as I already have due to these above issues. My insurance changed from medicaid to Cigna and they can't figure out after 2 weeks how to get one of my medications approved. I have been a patient of Dr Person's for just about 10 years. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and truly wants to help you regain your health or at least make you feel more comfortable in your own skin. I highly recommend him and his office.

I wanted to leave an honest review of this clinic an i waited a few months so it won't be any emotions behind it.
