Dr. Persons and his staff are amazing, he actually listens to you and takes into account what you have already done and what you know works. It's been a nightmare finding a new PM in this city so I could not be more grateful to have found him.
The providers here are amazing. I have never been treated with such respect, not treated like an addict, etc. They listen to my concerns, talk about treatment instead of telling me what I am going to do. I have now been a patient for 6 years. I still love this practice. I now receive injections in my joints, muscles as well as nerve blocks in the back of my skull. They gave me my life back!! As a person who has been living with constant daily chronic debilitating pain for years I thought I would never get relief. Unfortunately I have been waiting over 16 days for a PAR (Prior authorization) for my medication that I have been on for years! Calling the office and leaving a message is a dead end regularly and whomever controls the text line is rude and disrespectful. Id find another provider as I already have due to these above issues. My insurance changed from medicaid to Cigna and they can't figure out after 2 weeks how to get one of my medications approved. I have been a patient of Dr Person's for just about 10 years. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and truly wants to help you regain your health or at least make you feel more comfortable in your own skin. I highly recommend him and his office.
