BEWARE - SHADY CLINIC! Delaware County advertises Personic Urgent Care as providing FREE Covid testing - but you will receive a surprise bill. I visited the Personic Springfield Urgent Care clinic in December 2021 for a Covid test, provided my insurance information and thought no more about it... until July 2022, when a surprise bill landed in my mailbox for $550.00 - I called and they said they did not have my insurance information - despite a claim being clearly visible in my portal. We went online and it said the Urgent Care can provide COVID testing. As we all know right now, everyone is in a panic. My daughter is having symptoms and the at home test was inconclusive so we came here in the hopes of getting seen by a physician and tested. After all, it’s an Urgent Care!
