I am giving this place 1 star because 0 stars isn’t an option. This is the most untrustworthy place I have ever been to in my life. The service wasn’t all that bad. But when it came to billing, that’s when all communication went out the door. I haven’t been to them in 3 years. When I called after all this time I found out they sent me to collections. I have been going to A+ Dental for 20 years now. I’ve always had excellent customer service that is personable and friendly. I have had fillings and crowns over the years and they have all been done very well.
If you want to be treated like nothing and don't mind if the Dentist and staff do not know who you are or give customer service and act like a car wash, pushing people through without getting the same story of what is next, and do not understand where they left off and what is next go there. If you need simple fillings this is the place. I was traumatized by different stories from different people and blamed for not getting information about work done elsewhere after the other dentist sent a report directly to their office. ... read more
Every time my husband and I would pay for whatever work we had done (cleanings, fillings, etc.) we would get a bill in the mail saying we didn’t pay enough. I have never had this issue with other dentists and A+ dental’s excuse was “your insurance didn’t cover as much as it said it would.” My husband I moved a lot due to work and we’ve had three other dentists all using the same dental insurance and we’ve never been sent bills like this.
