I have went to Personalities for almost 20 years. Love the hair shop. Would recommend.
I had service done in November because I was so excited for the holidays to come up. I wanted to have my hair done prior. I called in advance to get an appointment and Roberta agreed to do a cut color and style. I have curly Hair. I was content with the color. The cut not so much, cut more than I anticipated. She offered me tea but never received. She told me “I can’t style your hair I have an appointment in two hours with another client” so why would you agree to do my hair in the first place? I scheduled a 1st time full color, highlights/lowlights, cut & style for my mom with Terri. Terri was not only so kind & patient but did an amazing job on my mom's hair!
I can’t rave enough about the cut and color that is always delivered at Personalities! If you want to look great… go see Kelly!
