My wife and I recently purchased a home with beautiful original wood floors. Unfortunately, the previous owners dog had done a number on them with scratches everywhere. Donald and his team did a fantastic job bringing the floor back to life! Donald was also ver helpful when picking colors to match the antique banister to our staircase. They also did a magnificent job doing meticulous touch ups on said banister to really bring out the original stain and also eliminating imperfections caused over time. We recently had the pleasure of working with Don Baker at Personal Touch Wood Floors and the results were outstanding. From start to finish, their service was truly exceptional. Donald and his team did a fantastic job restoring my hardwood floors. The transformation is really unbelievable. Their estimate was fair, they complied with all the rules of my co-op, and finished earlier than expected. In addition, they left my apartment in excellent shape. If you've restored floors in the past, you know the dust can be pretty intense. They sealed any rooms that wouldn't be finished, i.e. Bathroom, Kitchen, and even sealed the inside of the hallway door to avoid fumes from traveling to neighboring apartment... read more
