My son and his date were treated like royalty. Tanya did the driving herself. I see some unfavourable reviews but I think Tanya and Brad are new owners. Personal touch limos are really a personal touch. 5 Star for sure! Thanks Tanya, my son enjoyed the service and conversation. Memorable prom night for sure !!
I cannot sat enough wonderful things about Tanya and her team at Personal Touch. SUPER responsive and friendly service. We needed to make a change on our reservation which she easily and happily accommodated for us. Pick up was prompt, limo was spotlessly clean. It was a terrific experience. Highly recommend. We used the service to take 6 of us to a dinner celebration - no worries if someone wanted an extra glass of wine with dinner . We had a friendly and safe driver. The owner and his wife are rude and nasty - the worst people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Do not go with these people.
This review is based solely on price quoted. Was quoted 550+ Hst for an SUV ,1 way trip of 30 minutes at 1 am.
