Used this company in August 2025. They are the best we have ever had. Driver was on time both ways, no waiting. What a pleasure going to the airport and back. Will be using them again soon.10+stars.
We called these guys last minute and they were a pleasure to deal with. We were able to get a limo within 12 hours. On time, clean, everything was great. Our driver Wayne was the man. We will 100% be going back to personal touch in the future.

He made sure that everything went flawlessly and was so helpful. My son and his date were treated like royalty. Tanya did the driving herself. I see some unfavourable reviews but I think Tanya and Brad are new owners. Personal touch limos are really a personal touch. 5 Star for sure! Thanks Tanya, my son enjoyed the service and conversation. Memorable prom night for sure !!
