I wish I could leave negative stars. The customer service is the worst Ive ever experienced. They're service doesn't work and they made it extremely difficult for me to update my payment info. My grandfather fell yesterday and I got him this service for this exact reason and the service didn't do anything at all. Trying to trouble shoot with the customer service people has been impossible and upsetting. I RECOMMEND TAKING YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!
