After our house flooded in Hurricane Helene, we decided to sell as-is rather than rebuild and hastily signed with "investors" who promised the world and delivered nothing in 6 months. With all of his Knowledge & Experience as a Realtor and as a Broker, He went to the Seller for us, to get Him to accept our Offered Price. It was not easy, since we were offering a much Lower Price.
