It only makes sense to work with the top dog, the Broker Owner and Realtor, with over 20 Industry Certifications. Most in the Industry are "middle man" sales agent Realtors. You have to ask yourself why have they not excelled and further educated or improved themselves? After all, this education and Industry involvement is to help the Client have a best outcome at the end of the day. Someone said to me "it's such a pleasure working with the Surgeon Vs the school nurse". I understood what they were talking about.
