We hired Joe and his team at Personal Property Managers to empty the entire contents of our parents home then market and sell the home. It was truly a great experience working with Joe. From the 1st day meeting with him thru the final day & closing on the home sale, Joe's team was on top of everything. He is easy to work with, a great communicator and comprehensive w/ all his tasks. We highly recommend Joe's team!
As an out-of-towner responsible for settling the estate of a distant relative I was pleased to find a company like Personal Property Management. I was even more pleased after working with Joe to fix up and successfully sell a distressed property and its contents Joe is a great collaborator.

Joe is very professional, I had a great experience working with Joe Santoro. He was professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout the process. I appreciated his help and would gladly work with him again
Joe and his team were incredible! I was in a tight window to sell my parents' home after my father passed away and they couldn't have been more responsive, kind, helpful and efficient! I needed a whole hose clean out and they accomplished it in less than a day and a half with photos along the way for peace of mind and visual evidence of not only a completed job but also the care that they took with my parents' home. Give them a call, you won't be disappointed!
