Joe's home watch service has gone above and beyond for us! He's always there when he said he would be and is very thorough with his inspection. More importantly, when something needs tending to (i.e., roof leak / siding replacement / etc.), he either handles the repair or coordinates the repair ASAP and ensures timely completion. Lastly, we love his detailed post-visit report. Couldn't recommend him strongly enough.
Joe is the best! He went above and beyond in taking care of our home while we were away for the winter. Accessible, timely, responsive, and always pleasant. 5 stars is not enough!
This was my second experience with Personal Property Managers. The sequel was just as good as the original. I had to move my brother to an assisted living facility, and his apartment needed to be cleaned out. They were fast, efficient, and thorough.
