My biggest issue with this company is poor communication with the customer and inability to resolve simple issues on site. Local staff is never in the office, or answer phones throughout the day. My whole experience for the last three years was frustrating. Will never use this facility brand again.
I love this place the managers are a very nice and helpful couple (SORRY IM NOT GREAT WITH NAMES). The places is very clean and safe so far and I would highly recommend this place to anyone that would like to be treated like a human being when trying to get a storage place. One of the only places still doing parking storage.
