I've been renting here for about 4 years now! Public storage recently acquired this location and since that I have had a very easy -as always - in and out of my unit and the app is super user friendly 👌 price also went DOWN which is always a good thing!

Absolutely horrible experience with this location. Completed my rental online and and drove to the storage location within their stated business hours to find the office dark and no one there. Attempted to call the location number and got sent to voicemail. If no one is going to be in the office either ensure the rented unit is ready and the customer is able to access it or change the hours of operation. Completed wasted my time on both trips

I had such a great experience at Public Storage! The customer service was honestly top tier. Felicia was friendly, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions without rushing me. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for storage with people who actually care!
