Jessica was awesome great customer service and great personality! She is a keeper for sure!
The on-site manager Felicia is an exceptional manager and strives to help you with account issues and access. The CSR toll-free number is the typical level of service WITH the exception of the supervisor Val (UK) who assisted.
I've been renting here for about 4 years now! Public storage recently acquired this location and since that I have had a very easy -as always - in and out of my unit and the app is super user friendly 👌 price also went DOWN which is always a good thing!
Super nice staff. Went above and beyond to help us transfer units between locations. Highly recommend this location and company.
