We began renting the end of November 2017 and pulled our items out the end of July 2018. As we started loading items into the moving truck, we found rodent droppings on EVERYTHING!! I wish I could put 0 stars. My items were in storage for months and I was told would be checked. Imagine my surprise to find items ruined. Boxes eaten into, small animal poop on boxes and furniture. Ive tried to reach personal mini storage and they keep saying it's an insurance issue. I have spoke with the insurance company and have placed a claim but I want the money I spent each month back since they did not protect my items as promised.
