Awful costumer service here. It’s 817am. I had a U-Haul reserved two weeks ago for pick up at this location, using U-Haul truck share online mobile pickup. Well, I get here and just kidding. THE KEYS WERE NOT LEFT IN A DROP BOX. and they’re closed today. What kind of backwards outfit are y’all running here? I mean seriously. It’s pathetic. After leaving multiple voicemails, email - no return call or email. I cleaned out my storage unit, and asked for confirmation of cancellation - NO RESPONSE!!!!!

It is a very large storage space that appears to inadequate camera coverage. We did have any issues here, but vehicle storage yard could have paving laid down.
My boat was stolen from this location. There was no remorse for it being taken. We paid for two months with nothing stored in our spot. No offer to even wave the fee for the month it was taken. When we reported it stolen the comment was made by Cole the manager that we should have taken it out more to know the exact date it was stolen. We didn’t move it for 14 days!!
