Dennis is an excellent representative of the company. Communicative and cares about the customers. The area manager Ray is another story. I would personally avoid this spot as long as he is the area manager. He immediately escalated our conversation when I asked about the lock on my unit and called me "son." I had called and told Personal mini I would struggle paying until a few weeks into the month. I thought I was told a lock would not be put on but it was. Perhaps I misheard or misunderstood.
