I met the Property mgr. Dawn and she is very nice and so professional I look forward to really having her around in the future.
Worked with Dawn and she was amazing. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I had an ongoing issue that went on for months and she was the 1st person able to resolve it where the same issue doesn't happen again. Great job, Dawn!
Dawn was so helpful getting us set up with our unit . She was so professional and on top of everything. Her customer service was outstanding, you don't find that kind of service anymore. You can tell she loves her job and appreciates her customers. This is my first time renting a storage unit and she helped damn near everything, except the loading of the unit.😄
