I can't say enough about Dawn & Monica she is the most wonderful, kindest and caring person I have had the pleasure of getting to know. She is all about Customer Service & Satisfaction and will go out of her way to help anyone she can. I would recommend this Storage Facility to anyone. Go and see Dawn and tell her Tim sent you. She will go out of her way to make sure your Storage Locker is clean and keeps the facility nice and clean. Thank you Dawn for being such a wonderful Manager

Strongly don't recommend. The Property Manager Dawn Wright is very unprofessional and should be replaced immediately! I complained about spiders laying eggs in the storage and she told me well that's what comes with having an outside unit and there was nothing she can do about it. Then she terminated the lease the same day because of my complaint and tried to call the police on me. Dawn, her husband (a black guy who also lives on the property with her and clearly doesn't work there but is always seen everyday ) and a spanish... read more
