They were giving me orders as to what to do about my mother, instead of choices in type of care that our family chose for her. Where is the respect of the consumers decisions? They are control freaks, ESPECIALLY CARLA, SHE WILL TAKE OVER THE CARE PLAN YOU CHOOSE FOR YOUR LOVED ONE AND IS BOSSY AND DISRESPECTFUL ABOUT IT! SO WATCH OUT OF HER! Needless to say we changed providers!!!! Avoid them and go to another company!!!!

I really like the care they give my dad. He only needs two hours of help every day, but they act like he is their BEST customer. One caregiver even donates one hour a week to read to my dad. Such a blessing in both of our lives.
