They’re embroidery is good and they got it done in a timely manner, but I have to give 1 star. The lady at the counter would not wear a mask in the middle of a pandemic. It’s reckless and is endangering the customers. Ridiculous.

Cute shop w items already customized or need to be. Have a lot of merchandise on floor to get as gifts. Nice quality. Jersey face mask s are very large for a woman's face. I bought 4 & they fit better on a man. They have custom masks that are pleated & very cute assortment of prints. I bought a cute pink polka dot one & it fits my face better.

The staff at Personal Expressions is amazing! They have done embroidery work on numerous Taekwon-do uniforms for our family, and they always do a fantastic job! They also get projects completed very quickly! Highly recommend!!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Do not take your items here to be embroidered. I started in mid-October for a Christmas project. They had the actual garment and logo for 7 weeks. Every week when I went in person to check, Linda said "Yes, it will be done this week," including the week before Christmas when I was rudely told "We'll call when it's ready" (i.e. don't call us). I went in to inquire about embroidery for an item for my grandson. They not only had the embroidery, but had the item I wanted at a very reasonable price! The ladies were very nice and friendly and helpful, especially helping me choose appropriate fonts and such. I highly recommend!
