I have been going to Personal Care Dental for over a decade. I moved over 30 min away but I continue to drive to Raytown because of the honest and quality care I have gotten over the years from Dr Richardson. She is wonderful and I trust her. Excellent dentist.
Devon the dental hygienist is very thorough and gentle. Both Dr. James and Devon are personal and kind.
As has been my experience over many years with Personal Care Dental, my visit was quick and easy. I was taken to an exam room precisely at my appointment time. The staff was friendly, as usual. Dr. James is always simultaneously personal yet professional. Dentist appointments are never something I dread but rather just the opposite. I look forward to going!

Everyone is very pleasant and informative on what they are doing. They are always conscious as to whether you were having pain during your procedures. I have never had any unpleasant visits in the office. I would always recommend them for anyone who needs dental work or just cleaning.
I have been coming to Personal Care Dental on and off based on my insurance since my youngest was three and he is almost twenty-five now. The staff are friendly and always, always put me at ease. I love the experience it's like having a day at the spa for my teeth and gums.
Everyone is so nice and friendly! I love going there my first visit.
